The Pause Sessions
Saturday 17 October • 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM
Women's Wellbeing Group - Take a gentle pause from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with yourself in a welcoming, supportive space
Our Women's Wellbeing Group offers an opportunity to nurture your emotional, mental, creative, and spiritual wellbeing through meaningful conversations, guided reflection, mindfulness, creative expression, and practical self-care strategies. No artistic experience is needed - just a willingness to explore, connect, and be yourself.
Whether you're navigating change, feeling overwhelmed, seeking greater balance, or simply longing for connection with other women, this group provides a safe and encouraging environment where you can slow down, reflect, and grow.
Together we'll cultivate resilience, self-compassion, confidence, and a deeper connection with what matters most to you.
Come as you are. Leave feeling nourished, inspired, and supported.
